products are not added into assortments in Dynamics 365 commerce

Hi,

Thanks for the support and help

I am trying to get the products to the POS screen but in vain.

From Stores, I went to Assortments and also checked in View Assortment Products, but I can see only 2 products whereas I have added many items in the Assortment edit screen.

and also I have added Products in assortments in the Product and category tab but when I can not see all the products in 'View Assortment Products'. can see only two.

Also noted these are Released product kist

How to the store is assigned against a valid assortment with products and the "Process assortments job" is executed

Please help me.

    Are you able to the Modes of Delivery in "Manage Mode of delivery" screen on the retail configuration screen? If not please run "Process delivery modes" batch jobs and then push 1120 to the channel database. You also need to make sure that you add a button on the POS to select the shipping method for the products you have added. Multiple operations are available for this.

    If you plan to provide pick up option, you need to configure the pick up shipping method in Commerce Parameters.

    Dear Mr. Safeeq

    Am going with Production BOM, I feel it better option.  I have auto replenishment enabled now.

    I have a big problem with the Mode of Delivery, even I have attached the Mode of Delivery on stores, it is still giving an error.

    Please help with a suggestion

    Happy to hear you have made some progress.I can see you are working with restaurants. Neither Product kit nor BOM is not a proper fit for restaurant items as a burger can have N number of recipes based on customer choice. There are some ISVs available to handle this on the front end (POS).

    Thank you very much for the support,  Now it is working but the Product kit components are coming. now the main component is missing. So decide to use production BOM  in the place of Product kit  and I came to know POS sales are not user friendly with product kit option

    One more thing once I thank you very much for the help

    I think we have to include Components also in Assortments

    Is the assortment number matching with the one you have configured ? These are warning that a component of kit is not part of the assortment. Are you able to see any other error messages in the batch job?

    Yes There are many  products have message like this

    "assortment.

    Assortment '000023': product kit 'BPR İTALİAN B. 100 G': product kit element 'CHEDDAR' is not included in the assortment."

    Can you go to the Batch jobs screen and find the job related to the "Process assortment ". Review the log and status and make sure that there are no errors and job was successfully processed ?

    Safeeq,

    see the above Picture, I have added and saved Assortments. before Publishing or After Publishing I can not see all the Products I have added.

    Please advice

    After the "Process assortment" job is completed. Could you please check "view assortment products" to see if the product are listed there ? If see the products listed, go to Distribution Schedule and run 1040 job to push the data to the channel data base. After pushing the data, to download sessions, confirm if all the jobs send are applied.
