Hello,

I am attaching PDF document for Individual record using Notes, but I didn't see the same document from another computer even though user has full rights on the share folders, it says that "OLE Link present" but when I try to open through "paper clip" icon it didn't show any PDF link and after that "Notes" icon became from yellow to white.

Following link I followed but didn't help

Your earliest reply is highly appreciable.

Thanks

The most common reason for this is that the OLEPath= statement in someone's machine is different and those documents are going into another folder, perhaps on a local drive.

All OLEPath= statement in the entire network should be identical and should point to a commonly available share.

This is written up in detail in our Confessions of a Dynamics GP Consultant manual.
