Hi,
I am working on a requirement where i need to create a personal view in contact from other login and create a marketing list in that. Then, i want to run that marketing list from Staging instance using my scheduler.
But, doubt is if i create the list in other instance, how do it be visible in Staging environment? Suggest me possible scenarios for using personal views under member subgrid in marketing list.

If you create a marketing list nin other environment then it won't be visible in your staging. You would need to rebuild the marketing list from your personal view. You can use the above suggested tool to move your personal views.

You should be able to move a personal view from one environment to another using the View Transfer Tool in XrmToolbox.
Once you move the view, it should appear in your Marketing List, when you click on the Marketing List Members related entity and select the Personal view that you created.
It is possible that you will need to share it with the appropriate members in the new environment.

Not sure I follow completely. Can you create a copy of your instance in staging? and/Or use the XrmToolbox to transfer views between environments.
