Error when opening an Import data job

I frequently get this sort of message when just opening an existing data job:

An error occurred. Please contact the system administrator with the following information: Session Id: ac1dc293-dbb1-41bb-9d6e-dca5a61200c3

Mostly it doesn't seem to matter - I can run or finish the data job anyhow.  Sometimes there are other errors, but there's no way to tell if they're connected to this one.  What is this error for??

    This can happen when the uploaded file has some errors.

    Yes, but since it mostly doesn't matter if the error pops up and and it still imports the data properly, it's pretty clear that it's not usually caused by data errors. 

    Does anybody know who the "system administrator" is?  MS??

    System Administrator is security role in MSCRM, please check do you have System Administrator Role or System Customizer Role. Try with System Administrator role & Deployment Administrator (Deployment Manager).

    Thanks, but I'm aware of the security roles in CRM.  This is a problem with the Data Loader, so it's the Data Loader "system admin" I need to fix it.
