Whats exactly required for a contact to be shown in the teams popup when you get called?We would like to see whos calling in the teams popup window

thanks for your reply! I am a little curious because sometimes the phone number is identified and sometimes it's not. I am wondering if it maybe has something to do with the contacts in outlook.

Got your point! I am unaware if such a thing does exist in standard Dynamics 365 BC or Dynamics NAV. I will leave this open for the partner community to respond if they do know if such a thing does already exist.
