I am facing a great difficulty to identify canceled packing slip identification from sales order level for packing slip journal summary , it would be really helpful if anyone can provide any sort of flag / identification on the same tab.

Hi Mahim,
Could you please which form do you want to identify packing slip on? If it is CustPackingSlipJournal form, you can write a display method to CustPackingSlipJour table. There is already a method named isCancelled() which returns a packing slip is cancelled or not.
display boolean displayIsCancelled ()
{
return this.isCancelled();
}
Add this display method to your form.
