How do we link Organization email template with SSRS Report to leverage email body/message functionality ? Or if any other alternative approach to add Email body into Print management ?

How do we link Organization Email template with SSRS Report (Print Management) ? I have seen in AR Parameters in collection tab, there are email template which can be tagged to Statement/Transactions to send customer sales person.

Any Alternative approach in out of the box solution ?
