HR - Affordable Care Codes Role Permission

We are new to GP 2015 R2. The HR personnel is denied access to the Affordable Care Act Code lookup fields for the Health Insurance Enrollment (Cards > Human Resources > Employee Benefits > Health Insurance Enrollment) line 14 and 16. What role or Role ID should I assign the user?

Can the GP user modify other (non-ACA field) details within the Health Insurance Enrollment window?

In order to get access to this window, (ACA Code Lookup) you would want to either create a new security task or add these 2 windows to a current task or role that they are using, then assign security to these two windows under the Payroll Series. (Administration>>Tools>>Setup>>System>>Security Task)
