I am copying a link below for you. Download Web Resource from there and once you have created, saved, and published the Web Resource you can walk through adding it to your form and setting the Custom Parameter data.

Muhammad, Thank you for the reply, but I need to deploy this solution to multiple CRM online instances, so is there a faster way to grab the Bing Map API Key, or is there another way to slipstream the API Key into my solution?

To get bing map key do the following please:

Go to the Bing Maps Account Center at https://www.bingmapsportal.com.

If you have a Bing Maps Account, sign in with the Windows Live ID that you used to create the account.

If you do not have a Bing Maps Account, click Create, and follow the instructions in Creating a Bing Maps Account.

Select Create or view keys under My Account.

In the Create key box on the My keys page, provide the following information for the application that will use the Bing Maps key:

Application name: Required. The name of the application.

Application URL: The URL of the application.

Key type: Required. Select the key type that you want to create. The key and application types you choose determine your usage limits.
