how to give survey link in email template in MSCRM

Hi ,

I have a survey created in crm and i want to provide a link in the email template . please provide suggestions.

    Hi,

    once you published your survey in the VoC. You will find a "Copy Snippet" button click on it and paste in your email template. Her below is example with customer data and user data given for the piped data of the survey and the corresponding email:2017_2D00_12_2D00_05-11_5F00_00_5F00_54_2D00_Deleted-Items-_2D00_-guillaume.domont_4000_elca.ch-_2D00_-Outlook.png2017_2D00_12_2D00_05-11_5F00_00_5F00_54_2D00_Deleted-Items-_2D00_-guillaume.domont_4000_elca.ch-_2D00_-Outlook.png

    Thanks for the suggestion , i have a question here :

    In my organisation i can see some templates have survey link given like -- [Survey link]

    I want to know is this a correct approach ? if yes , how to give it like this in other templates .
