CTRL+E creates empty Excel book instead of exporting NAV List

NAV 2013 R2 7.1.40941.0 with Excel 2013 32-bit


The user presses Ctrl+E and a blank Excel book is created.  No data is brought into the spreadsheet.  The user is working on the server via Terminal Server connection.

    IF you have NAV Excel Add-in disable that on the excel and try again.

    The NAV Excel add-in wasn't enabled.  any other suggestions?

    There is a bug in NAV 2013 and fixed in CU 7

    2888350  Excel worksheet is blank after you run Export to Excel when the Excel addin is already open 7 35488

    Try to reinstall office i believe it has something to do with excel

    Shouldn't it be enabled for it to work?

    I had a similar issue, I disabled the add-in, then closed excel, opened it, re-enabled it.

    try it might be work also , because our client also had this issue , some times it work some times its differ for some others

    Having the same problem, but Navision is 14.0.40464 CU09,

    and what I find out is that only happen when I'm on another vlan different from NAV Server.

    Anyone have any ideas what could be happening?
