Hello,
We have an issue with sales taxes in SOP entry and I'm hoping someone with more tax experience can assist.
The problem is that the total tax amount is the sum of all the items taxable amount. This number is incorrect because it is slightly different than if you summarize all the taxable sales and then apply the tax rates to that sum.
We have items setup as taxable.
We have tax schedules with multiple tax IDs.
We have the tax schedules setup in customer addresses.
Any help is appreciated!
