We have the lookup field “Account name” at Implementation form. I suppose this is 1:N relationship.
When I go to Associated view of Implementation record, I don’t see related Account in the list. How can we add the Account, related via lookup field, to this view?
The goal is to show some Account fields in sub-grid added to Implementation form.

Yes, it does not work that way because you have many implementations for one account.
Each implementation is linked to only one account, and, for that, you need to use a quick view form - not a subgrid(subgrids are for the "N" side of the relationship, either it's N:N or 1:N. In your case, you are talking about the "1" side of the "1:N" relationship)

Quick view form doesn't allow to show several columns (one column only). I need to show more than 20 Account fields on Implementation form. If I use Quick view form, it will be too long. That's why I wanted to add Sub-grid with all columns.

But if I have two active Implementations for one Account, then I can't put these two Implementations in one Implementation Lookup field in Account form.
If you are trying to display account fields on the implementation form, you will need to put quick view form (for the account entity) on the implementation form. It will not show up in that list you have on the screenshot exactly because if what Scott explained above. But you probably don't need to be looking there - you just need a quick view form.
It looks like you have two relationships:
Implementation (1) -> Account (Many)
Account (1) -> Implementation (Many)
This will mean that there is a lookup field to Account on the Implementation - but there is also a Lookup to Implementation on the Account Form.
This is why you are not seeing anything in the sub grid, because there are no Accounts that are linked to that Implementation. To see records in the sub grid you'll need to add the Implementation Lookup on the Account Form and set that.
