Field Service Mobile App - Lookups Requiring Extra Mouse Click on release 12.1.22

Since we upgraded to Field Service Mobile App Version 12.1.22, we are having to click the mouse after every keystroke in a lookup when running from a PC - see example entering Work Order Products.  Is this a PC configuration issue or a bug in the new release?  VERY inconvenient for our service techs.

How was it previously working before? Were you able to tab through the options and press enter without mouse clicking?

Yes it worked fine until we upgraded to this version.  Our techs on the older version are not experiencing the issue.

    Hi Leslie,

    Please share below details :

    - Do you have any specific customization in the mobile project which was responsible to auto save when you tab out tab through the options and press enter without mouse ?

-I believe OOTB behavior is to use mouseclick. Is this issue with all users ?

I have the same version and I need to tab over to the (+) button to open the lookup list.

Then I press the tab button a few more times to select through the lookup options to select.

No customizations to autosave.  Happens with all users who are on the new version - not with the users on the prior version.  Problem is with PC - not with iPhone.

Where we have hundreds of entries (products, customers, etc), we need to use search, not tab through the lookup options

I would recommend you to submit a support ticket for this scenario as this behavior needs to be investigated.

    Regards,

    Rakesh
