Bulk email not sending

I am trying to send a bulk email. I have been able to create an email send and have applied the template I need. The email send has been saved. When I try to send a test email, it opens up in a new tab as expected, but the email doesn't come through to the test account email address. I've tried a number of test addresses. This has previously worked for me with no issues. 
 
I also tried to send the actual email with a number of test accounts in a marketing list, without testing first. The stats say delivered, but it hasn't come through to any of the addresses.
