    Hi Sihem,

    Just a few ideas:

    • Does the Item have a Tracking Dimension Group on which the Batch line is Active?
    • Does the Item's Item model group have Vendor batch -> Purchase registration ticked?
    • Does the PO Line have a Batch Id on it?
    • Does the Batch that you are receiving already exist in Inventory management -> Inquiries -> Dimensions -> Batches?
    • Does the Batch number group on the Item have 'Manual' ticked?

    Thank you GuyUK

Finally after checking I just had to tick in the group article model the notion "Controlled by Fefo" and the field expiration date appears, By cons I had the following problems:

1 - I must enter the batch number and the expiry date manually for each carton for each container even if it is a receipt of the same batch

2- Even if the overall quantity is pre-taught the launch of printing labels is not done at once, I have to launch it manually for each container
