SDT: SmartlistEnhancedExcelExport in Dex.ini Configuration

Hello,

I would like to push the setting SmartlistEnhancedExcelExport=TRUE to all users dex.ini in GP 2013. I have the SDT installed on my terminal server. I went to Dex.ini Configuration and the search mode has settings or line options. The SmartlistEnhancedExcelExport is not in the dex.ini by default. Is there a way to deploy this setting using the Support Debugging tool to all users for GP 2013? I believe the users would all have user level dex.ini settings that would need to be changed.
