Trigger workflow on the receipt of an email

Hi Guys I am looking at a way of being able to trigger a workflow when a response to an email is received, does anybody know how to do this.

    Hi,

    If you are using Tracking Tokens whe sending mails through CRM, it would be a good idea to write a workflow assembly that checks for matching tracking token and if found perform an action.

    If it is going to work, it would be off the creation of the email activity record and you'd have to use a conditional to try and work out which ones were responses.
