HI folks
Hopefully an easier one today;
I have set up the customer's email address, set up the statement in RM email setup.
What do I have to do next so that customers with email address will get an email with their statement and customers with no email address will be printed?
Two statement reports with an email selection criteria?

If you're open to a 3rd party solution, our product, GP Reports Viewer (www.gpreportsviewer.com/GP-Reports-Viewer) can do this with just a few clicks. We have also replaced the window for printing statements with a much more user friendly one and give you a way to preview the email addresses ahead of time so you can see/fix any that are missing or invalid.
I think this is also version dependent. If you are on 2013, statements can now be e-mailed using the Word templates.
In earlier versions (I don't have one installed), you needed Adobe PDF Writer installed for starters. I thought that there was a button on the right-hand side in the print receivables statements window that gave the option to Print or Print and Email.

Good links thanks, but not quite what i'm looking for.
From my reading you should be able to email from the print statement window which should allow you to generate multiple emails all at once.
You have to be on MAPI not exchange, and the link you provided says multicurrency does not work.
Can this be done yet? Email all statements fro the print receivables statement window?
I don't think whether you can print customer statement and send email both at same time. But, have a look on the below links, here you can use "Print Documents" & "Send In E-mails" option to do the same in one by one.
