Hi.
Please suggest a solution for the error "X++ Exception: No message was sent. Language en-US was not found."

Previously in https://community.dynamics.com/forums/thread/details /?threadid=489c8716-ce53-4476-9beb-b5f8a547dd4b has already been condemned, but I did not understand point 3-6.
Who can attach screenshots to the response?

In Russia, if you select a language in the en-US user settings, then at the approval step the system crashes into an error, and the solution to this error is only to change the language to ru.

But we have colleagues who use Axapta in English and this has become a problem.

    The error "X++ Exception: No message was sent. Language en-US was not found." occurs because the system cannot find the en-US language pack for workflow notifications.
    Solution:
    1. Verify Language Pack Installation
      • Go to System administration > Setup > System parameters and check if en-US is installed.
      • If missing, install it via Dynamics AX setup (if using AX2012).
    2. Check Workflow Message Templates
      • Navigate to System administration > Workflow > Workflow message processing and ensure en-US templates exist.
      • If missing, create translations for en-US under Organization administration > Setup > Global address book > Text translation.
    3. Validate Email Templates
      • Go to Organization administration > Setup > Email templates and verify that templates exist in en-US.
    4. Update User Language (Temporary Workaround)
      • If en-US workflows continue failing, switch user language to ru as a workaround.
    5. Run Full CIL & Restart AOS
      • Compile and synchronize, then restart AOS services to apply changes.
