How to disable the CRM Outlook plugin for users ?

Hi All,

We want to disable CRM Outlook plugin for all the users at a time. Is there any way to do so?

    I think no, since it is an addon that is installed on outlook itself, like any desktop application versus web application, it is not centralized.

    Hello,

    I'm afraid that you can't do it in CRM. What you can do is to disallow installation of plugin application using Active Directory restrictions.

    Hi Kabita,

    You could try to revoke the Outlook Sync rights on the used security roles. I think it's on tab number six.
