Duplicate POs are created from Purchase Requisitions

Hi,
 
We have been seeing duplicate POs created from PRs in D365. The duplicate ones are completely blank and the ones which were created against PRs have the correct information. 
 
Is there any setup I can look into for this issue? We have not changed anything nor there has been a code promotion. Please advice.

    Hi,
     
    You have to figure out what data has changed in the system. Alternatively, you could move the production database to a Dev environment and use the debugger to find out what's going on.

    Did it work before correctly or is it already always creating duplicate POs? Have you checked LCS issue search for a possible known issue?

    It never happened before. It started happening recently and we did not change anything. We tried to replicate the same issue in our Dev box but we couldn't do it.

    Hi Folks,
     
    This was resolved and the reason for this issue was a duplicate PO creation batch job which was executing mistakenly under another legal entity. We eliminated that batch job and it worked.
