Hi All, please assist, my client is getting the above-mentioned error when opening the general journal with 'edit in excel' function.

Please see error below. when I open it on my side there is no such error so could be affecting that one user.

Im a BC user. Before I was able to use this edit option without any prblm. Now Im facing the same issue as above. ''object doesnt support property or method 'from'''
