Dynamics Service App - Timeline sort / view

Hello

Is there a reason why it shows last modified for all emails as the last time the case was modified?

pastedimage1677065247779v1.png

The email above wasn't composed at the time it shows last modified

Also, it's not showing the "Notes" near the top, it's showing them near the bottom. I can only see the Notes if I filter by Notes.

I believe the issue with the last modified being changed on all notes / emails is causing issues with the sort order.

Thanks

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Please go the form editing interface to Set up the timeline control.

Click the Activities drop-down and choose “Last Updated” in Sort activities by.

It will show the email modified date.

To show the notes near the top. Choose Descending in Sort default in Advanced drop-down.

    Hello

We've noticed that when assigning a ticket to another agent / user is where it seems to set everything to last modified as the time of the assignment

Is there a way to resolve this also?
