Time Entry Approval failed

Hello,
My time entry approval is failing. It was working a few days ago. I have enabled the below flow as well. 
Project Service - Recurrently Schedule Project Approval Sets
 
Any insights on what is causing it to fail?

    Hello,
     
    There isn't anything in the screenshot that would indicate why it failed. However, if you open the Project Approval record in the screenshot, you should see a link to the Approval Set record. On the Approval Set record, there is a tab called Logs. There should be a log indicating why the approval failed. Let me know if you find that error and can't determine what it means.
