I'm trying to figure out how feasible it is to have automatic syncing between outlook calendars and bookable resource schedules within Dynamics. In theory, each user of CRM would have their own calendar, and any meetings/time off/etc they have in their calendar would sync with their schedule in Dynamics so that a work assignment system would recognize their absence. I have been exploring if this is possible, but haven't had much luck. I have seen some tutorials saying that I need to enable Resource Bookings Synchronization with Outlook in the System Settings -> Synchronization tab of Dynamics, but that option doesn't appear for me. Any direction on this would be appreciated!
