I need to create a benefit that matches 100% of the employee's 401K deduction up to 2% of the employee's gross regardless of whether the employee's deduction is a flat amount or a percentage. I need a suggestion on a best practice.
My client is on SP2 12.00.1538 I have access to version 12.00.1482 in the older version I can input a Employer Maximum before I chose the deduction the benefit is based on and it seems to calculate fine but on the newer version the Employer Max is only available after I chose the based on Deduction.
