If you make any changes to your fiscal period setup remember to run GL Reconcile to correct period balances.

Tools > Setup > Company > Fiscal Period

i try to use SQL profiler and i got an error that tell me that configuration not configure well so i make a whole Cycle to be sure that all configure well.

We are here to help. I was wondering if this company may have been copied from another server and perhaps was set up with a different segment structure. What would happen now is that the script could reference fields that do not exist in your company database. This would result in the error message you are seeing. SQL Profiler will provide the answer.

Run the SQL Profiler while you are the only one in GP and try to query the GL. You should be able to isolate the SQL statement and then run it in SSMS. You should get the same error message only with a more detailed description. Is it possible the segment structure is different for this company?
