Hello,

I have been trying to hide qualify button from Lead entity sub grid. But for some reason I am not able to see hide action when I right click on button. Please find below screenshot from ribbon workbench Lead entity sub grid.

I don't want to do XML manipulation by exporting the solution and do changes in customization.xml then import it back.

Please help !

    Hello,

If you don't want to spend tons of time trying to figure out why "Hide" action is not shown - create a display/enable rule that will always return false and add it to Qualify button command.

    Hello Andrew,

In order to create display/enable rule on wualify button on Lead Sub  grid, we first need to customize button but this option is not coming on ribbon workbench when I right click on Qualify button. Please see below screenshot.

    Hello,

Are you sure that there is a Qualify button on the Lead subgrid? It looks like it is already hidden.

Check the Hide Actions sections and see if there is something similar to ims.MSCRM.Subgrid.lead..... If there is no such element, then I believe there is no button in the subgrid
