Hi, Please check your 365 service is running or not. If it is disable or not running and unable to start it from services.msc menu then you can try below command to restart the service
Open Business Central Administration Shell and try this cmd = "Restart-NavServerInstance"
can you check if the Business Central service is running?
Can you check the event viewer, sometimes you have more information there?
