Good morning all

This is a long shot, but I have to ask.... Is there ANY functionality in D365 SCM for detecting/warning of duplicate Sales Orders, for example

- Creation of a Sales Order for the same customer and same ship date

- Creation of a Sales Order with the same customer reference

Hy Neil,

as in the Standrad F&O there not such a kind of check for duplicates.

If the customer reference is more or less unique for a customer you can do a customization in F&O to have that duplicate check when entering the customer reference.
