    Hi FCN,

    • Originating event:

When we set create leads for event registrations field under Website and form tab to Yes, the field of new lead will be populated.

    • Source journey:

When we add "create lead" tile into customer journey to generate lead for contact person, the field of new lead will be populated.

    • Source email:

When we attach a link to marketing email, recipient will be navigated to landing page via the link.

After recipient submitted form(the form should be set to create leads), three fields of the new lead will be populated at same time:

Source journey, Source email and Source marketing form.

In addition, for remaining other two fields:

    • Source marketing form:

The field will be populated if the new lead is created by anonymous visitor/contact(recipient) submitting a marketing form.

    • Source marketing page:

The field will be populated if we embed marketing form in Portal web page and the new lead is created from form submission.

In other word, we take Portal as option to host marketing page.

For my third screenshot, in theory, all of four fields should be populated if we host marketing page on Portal,

however, due to my marketing form is running on external website, so Source marketing page field is blank.

(I only have trial instance, it couldn't be integrated with Portal, so I have to embed marketing form on external website.)

    Regards,

    Clofly
