How to clear the purchase line when i create a new purchase order?

Hi Community,
 
I have an issue when I click on new Purchase Order, on the purchase order line section shows all purchase line items.
 
but, after I clicked on any of the fields the purchase line disappeared and worked well.
 
If you know how to solve the issue, I would appreciate it.

    Hi, the following is just my guess, I hope it can give you some hints.
    The Purchase Lines part is related via Document No., it seems that there is data with empty Document No. in your system. So when you create a new Purchase Order and there is no Document No., this data will be displayed, and then after the Document No. is automatically assigned, the data disappears.
    You can confirm the data on the Purchase Lines page.
