When open screen 032700 do not open

The usual reason is due to a customization.
Change your customization level from Self to Standard. That tells the programs to not look at customizations.
Then you will need to remove the customization.
Due to the fact that there can be multiple levels of customization on a screen, I like to go into Management Studio>System database and remove them individually for your user id (entityid) and sequence (the level at which the customization was done. All users = 300, One user = 400, self = 500).
If that isn't it, would need the error message, whether other users are getting the msg and your version.
