I am attempting to apply the MicrosoftDynamicsGP11-KB2654242-ENU.msp to bring my version up to 11.00.1914 and am having trouble with 2 of my company database missing tables. The latest one is a table named PAUPR01.
I'm wondering how these tables are not present in 2 of the companies but do exist in the other 8? And how I go about fixing the issue so that the update applies successfully. Is it as simple as simply creating the missing tables in these 2 company db's?

Leslie is correct. However you need to remember that if you create a table that should have default data in it that data will not populate simply by recreating the table. If a table has default data this process needs to be done in GP Utilities otherwise you could run into errors when using the application.
This is a file related to Project Accounting. Do you use Project Accounting? The file has to do with the new FICA rules. If your company has the same dictionaries, you should be able to create it using SQL Maintenance. I would first try 'repairing' the installation before I started creating tables.
