Hi,
Through our marketing application we send event invites to our customers. We would like to implement a business rule now where we delete certain contacts who have not received a marketing email in the last 6 months. The marketing emails that are sent and the date are not stored in Dynamics but only visible through the insights tab. How can we access this information to then create a workflow or Power Automate flow for this business rule? Is there an easy way to do this?
