Hi,

Through our marketing application we send event invites to our customers. We would like to implement a business rule now where we delete certain contacts who have not received a marketing email in the last 6 months. The marketing emails that are sent and the date are not stored in Dynamics but only visible through the insights tab. How can we access this information to then create a workflow or Power Automate flow for this business rule? Is there an easy way to do this?

    Hi,

    Please follow the next steps to achieve your request. 

    1. Create a dynamic segment to filter out the contacts who have not received a marketing email in the last 6 months.

    Ref: Create segments based on interactions (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs

    It would be something like:

    1. Create an on-demand workflow target at Contact entity to delete records. 

     Here, as there is no OOTB delete step in workflow, you need to import a solution called Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools.

    1. Create a customer journey. Set the audience as the segment created in step 1 and add the workflow after it. It allows to delete the contacts who are contained in the segment.
