I’m currently working on a project that integrates Dynamics 365 with our online platform, and I’m facing some challenges with customization and data syncing. I’m particularly looking for advice on optimizing the synchronization between Dynamics 365 and external websites, especially when it comes to handling large volumes of data.

We’ve built a site, https://www.digitalgujaratscholarships.com, where we offer scholarships for students in Gujarat, and we're trying to enhance the user experience by integrating it smoothly with Dynamics 365. However, we’re encountering some issues with data flow between our platform and the CRM system, and I’m wondering if anyone has best practices or tips on improving the connection and performance.
