Ribbon Workbench enable rule stops working when user navigates back

Hello everyone

I have a custom button on the Contacts main view, which is disabled until the user selects one or more records and hides when there is nothing selected, this is working fine using a SelectionCountRule, the problem occurs when the user opens one record and navigate to the main form,  then press the back button to navigate back to the list of contacts, when this happens the enable rule stops working, the button will not become visible anymore and its necessary to reload the page to get the normal operation again.

Is this behavior normal? Or there is something else I should do?

I'm using Ribbon Workbench for XrmToolbox and I installed it last week, the CRM version is 365  on premise (8.2)

Regards

    Hi

I am not sure if i understand your query well but a Command bar button will only be displayed if its enabled.  If the button is disabled, it will disappear from the command bar (in old CRM versions button dislayed even when disabled but not any more - disabled buttons are hiddent to save screen real estate) and it will only come back if the enable rule satisfied.

Your button should appear when you select one or more records if the Enable rules is satisfied.
