Hi All,

One of the main account Trial balance values are not matching with Profit and Loss report in Management reporter,

Tried restarting both the Management reporter services, still the values are not matching.

Management Reporter version : 2.12.13002.1 - CU13

Please advise us how we can resolve this issue.

Hello Akbar,

You need to check whether all accounts are included in your report.

There is a tool available in the report designer that allows you checking if and what accounts are missing.

Please check that out and add missing accounts.

Hi Ludwig,

Account(*****) is there in Trial balance and MR Profit and loss report, but the Value is not matching in both AX and in MR for that perticular account.

I would also recommend updating to the current version of Management Reporter CU16 (2.12.16013.0)

Hi Ludwig,

We observed that, it is the transactions with the Commodity Financial Dimension '****' that isn't showing up in management reporter for 41050 *****.

I can't see any filters in management reporter that is preventing 41050-***** from being included

Please advise us how we can resolve this issue.

Hello Akbar,

Please try making use of the following functionalities:

1. Check the missing account analysis to identify whether you forgot to include some revenue and cost accounts into your report.

2. Select 'refresh cached financial data' to ensure that even the most recent postings made in AX are included in the report.

Hi Akbar,

Have you checked that there are no accounts missing in your report?

If you have done that and the MR data and the GL data still don't match, then reset the data mart. The reset should fix any data related issues.

Yes, account is there in MR and Trial balance.

If we reset the Data Mart. do we need to design th P/L report again in MR or it will come automatically after resetting the Data Mart.

Please let me know as I am new in MR.
