Cloud hosted environment - platform upgrade

Hi experts,

I was wondering if the web.config file will be updated during the platform upgrade. The environment is not working after upgrade, and we did change the web.config to point to sandbox environment.

Hi Yuji,

Why are you changing the web.config file? Is this issue on a cloud hosted environment or is your environment on-premise? Was the update completed successfully? Have you verified if you can find some other changes in the web.config file?
