Hi,

As you know there are defaults reservation policies for sales order , such as FIFO, LIFO, Std etc..
But the user's expection is just not standard reservation, they need use recipt date/create date/ xxx date/xxx number to determine the reservation (You can image that there is the complex logic for reservation).

So I want to if there is the method to extension or create the reservation policy ?

thanks!
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,
You can create a new class or extended existing category to meet your need. This may involve considering the receipt data, the create data, or other specific standards for reserved. Cover or extend the method of reserved services to achieve your custom logic. Or a better approach, you can provide configuration settings to allow users to choose the reserved policy they want, which includes your custom logic, add a new field or option to the sales order settings to select the required reserved logic.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
