ReportI went into our existing GP (2018) environment and exported smartlists that were created using Smartlist Designer.
When I went to the new server and selected Import, I browsed to the file containing the smartlists I exported, then clicked the Import button.
I don't see any of the smartlists in the new environment.
Background
Our current (GP 2018) environment
- Is plain vanilla GP, using some AP checks, and AR for cash receipts
- Does not have Smartlist Builder so certain Smartlists were created using Smartlist Designer.
The new (GP 2018) environment
- Has other products the existing one does not including Fixed Assets, Multi Currency, GP Power Tools, uses the distribution modules.
- Has Smartlist Builder
Do you think Smartlist Builder is preventing the smartlists (I exported from our current environment) from being imported.
