Two Blank nodes : <taBRBankTransactionDist xsi:nil="true" /> and <taAnalyticsDistribution_Items xsi:nil="true" /> being inserted into xml file

I do not know how both those blank nodes are getting placed in my xml file any thoughts. I am using vb.net to populate the xml file with data from my database. Any thoughts?
