How do I set up Contact card in Navision 2018?

Hi,

I would like to set up a contact card in Navision 2018.. When I tried to create card by placing the number series, it prompts this error.

Please advise how can I set up? Thank you!

    Josh,

    A few setups need to be completed first:

    Contact No. Series and setup on Relationship Setup

    Set the Number Series for Contacts and make sure it is setup on Relationship Setup page. Then you can add a Contact.

    Hi Josh,

    Go to Marketing setup page then on Numbering tab you can see selection of contact no. Create a new series if required select on that.
