I need to change the sales person id on our customer cards for over 1000 customers. Does anyone know if there is a way I can mass change that all at one time?
I batch process invoices so I thought I could batch the customers by state and change the id on them at the same time.

I will have to try intergration manager. Unfortunatly, All of our customers are under one class and I need to change the sales person ID to three different ones depending on state.
I will have to play around with intergration manager. We have had that as part of our gp system but I am new here and no one else knows how to use intergration manager............I have been reading the manual and help sections trying to learn on my own, does anyone have any good suggestions on where to look for tutorials?
I have experiance with Crystal reports so I figure I can hopefully teach myself this and excel reprot builder....
As Jivtesh suggest customer class is quick and best option to change salesperson id or you can used Integration Manager.

Also another suggestion , you can use Macro for updating .
Hi Katie,
Are you using a Customer Class with your customers ? If yes, then you should be able to roll down the Salesperson ID from the Customer Class ID.
Otherwise, you can change this using a SQL query. Your GP partner can help you with that.
