Costing version discrepancy

Hello, I kindly ask your support as we are facing massive issues with the costing version module.

Brief History:
We use Costing version to calculate item's cost based on their Bill of Material.
If we run the batch calculation from the Costing Version module, It might be (you don't know if, when and for which item) that the cost shown in the Grid, it differs from the cost given in the “View Calculation Details”.
The difference migth be very low (0,01 €), but we have seen also 0,03€ (from 0,22 to 0,19); 0,11 € or 0,20€!.
As you will understand, those figures are used for Financial declarations to the Bureau and Customs, so They might create really big troubles.

BUT
If you recalculate the same item at the same date with the same parameters (but from Costing version grid) - The discrepancy will disappear and the same amount will be shown in both the general grid and the detailed cost view. Whatever How big was the difference

I really need the community support as the PG is not helping a lot here.
We have already opened 2 tickets (in 2024 and 2026) but no real answers from the Product Group Team. The answer is that it's an “expected behaviour from the system”. It's like saying for my car's break that “it's expected they don't work”.

Happy to provide additional details if needed
