When we implemented GP, most of our customers preferred mailed invoices. Times have changed. I've setup emailing for invoices in GP, however, i'm trying to figure out if I can change the body and title of an email based on what type of item i've sold.
For instance, let us say my company sells two items/products: Product A & Product B. Depending on which item I'm selling, I'd like a different email body/title to go out.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
