Blocking email field outlook navigation

Hi all

I am using CRM 2016 and latest version of USD. The client asked for prevent outlook to be opened when clicking an email link. Is there a way to disable this navigation using USD configuration?

    You can change the association of mailto protocol to whatever email client you want.

    I dont think so.Email pop up is something related to Office 365.
