What's the country/region of your legal entity?

The Sales invoice (SA) is the local report to Saudi Arabia. It means that only be available if your legal entity has a primary address in Saudi Arabia if an option of Localized functionality region is set to detect using a company address or if you selected for that localized functionality region.

my primary region is west europe.

when i imported the Sales e-invoice (SA) format from the electronic reporting, its showing only under the free text invoice report format but not the customer invoice under the print management setup.

the purpose is the show the QR on the report

It is because the customer invoice that you have imported is an e-invoice, not a printable business document.

Can you try to import the Sales invoice (Excel/Word) (SA)?

When i try to import the sales invoice using either excel or word, it downloads an excel file or word, and it opens the report but the QR is not showing.

I believe the QR will show only when i use the Sales e-Invoice (SA)

The QR code is in the template. You may need to configure something else. Let me check it.

To print to a PDF, you need to set up this in the electronic reporting destination.

Have a look on it, MounirDevlearn.microsoft.com/.../emea-sau-e-invoices

    Prerequisites

    • Electronic invoicing service configuration must be completed, and all required parts for Saudi Arabia must be ready to use.
    • The primary address of the legal entity must be in Saudi Arabia.
    • In the Feature management workspace, the (Saudi Arabia) QR codes in Tax and Simplified invoices feature must be enabled.

Have you tested with a SA legal entity primary address?
