Disqualify Lead - nothing happens

Hi All

When I use the unified interface in the lead form and click on any of the options to disqualify a lead, nothing happens

When I do the same from the view, it works.

What could be some of the potential reasons that I can check?

Thanks

Nick

    Hello,

Please, use the article to troubleshooting your form ribbon: support.microsoft.com/.../ribbon-troubleshooting-guide-0b243404-f970-8317-adf5-a0ce6ef79a36

To enable the Command Checker, you must append a parameter &ribbondebug=true to your D365 application URL. For example: yourorgname.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx

Also, this scenario could be caused by a Business Rule defined for the main form.

    Thanks,
